Grant Program

Description of Grant:

The 56 Field Regiment Family Support Group is awarding a grant to a dependent family member of an active soldier of the 56 Field Regiment to assist with an activity that will increase the quality of life for the family member of the soldier.

 

Criteria: 

The 56 Field Regiment Family Support Group will prepare all nominations to the Senate using a blind assessment method.

The 56 Field Regiment RCA Senate will evaluate nominees based on the following selection criteria:

 

* The application will be submitted to the 56 field Regiment Family Support Group;

* The submission will contain a one page letter (maximum 350 words) indicating why the applicant is worthy of the grant;

* The application must contain the purpose and costs of the activity for which the grant will be used;

 

* An example of an activity can be of a special interest, sport related, educational or recreational in nature.

 

 

Deadline:

Applications and all relevant information must be submitted to the 56 Field Regiment Family Support Group chairperson

no later than March 15th @ 1700h each year.

Grants be awarded the following June. Applications are available on line or by request.
